Tell us a bit about yourself, what's your background?

I started my journey as reporter for small magazine in India then switched to Software Developement role. Currently I am working as Salesforce Developer in Wellington.

Tell us about your journey as a freelancer.

My journey to freelancing world is new. At I start to understand the path of freelancing and steps to completed. I got small projects as freelancer which give me confidence to work on different projects and clients. I am still new to this freelancing world. But, this world of freelancing is awesome.

What is the personal or freelance project you are most proud of? Why?

I am proud of every project I did as a freelancer.  I consider all projects as my own.

What would you say is the most rewarding part of being a freelancer?

The most rewarding part of being freelancer is your Ideas are being heard and recognise. You have a freedom to choose the clients and projects. As a freelancer, I have to do each step which helps me develope my professionally.

What is the most challenging part of running a freelancing business?

I think communication is the most challenging part while doing freelancing business.  I always remind my self to update the client daily about progress of the project.

What has worked best for you when it comes to finding new clients?

Dale Remote is the platform which has provided me a better place to work as a freelancer. I am member of other platforms to but I find it easy.

What advice would you give anyone wanting to start freelancing?

My advice to those who are starting in to freelancing world is have patience. You should be honest to client and always update the status of project to client.
